Four games in one week
By: travis | July 8th, 2008Part one of four is now complete – that being the draw at Dallas. Could have been a loss, should have been a win. Couldn’t watch it thanks to the people at HDNet, so I am going to let it slide with few comments. Up next is today’s match against the Sounders. From what I’ve seen, Onalfo is starting a reserve-heavy squad, giving some regulars a chance to catch their breath. Down the Byline has their take on what that starting lineup might look like. It’s hard for me to believe that the Wizards will come away with a victory. Don’t forget the game is broadcast live on the Internets, starting at 10 PM EST.
The busy week continues on Wednesday as the squad will travel back to KC. Josh Wolff will be unveiled on Thursday, and then later that night it’s a night game at the CAB against New York. Finally, the action comes to a halt on Friday, with a friendly against Atlas AC, the Wizards Mexican partner club. That came out funny for some reason.
